Literature Review Peningkatan Kualitas Tidur Lansia Melalui Relaksasi Otot Progresif
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat relaksasi otot progresif terhadap kualitas hidup lansia. Metode Menggunakan literature review sebagai panduan pencarian artikel penelitian diperoleh dari internet menggunakan situs Science Direct, PubMed, Google Scholar, Ebsco. Rincian strategi pencarian kelayakan artikel dengan mengunakan format PRISMA (Identification, Screening, Eligibility, Included). Hasil Dari analisis 8 artikel penelitian yang terpilih menunjukan bahwa metode untuk membantu menurunkan ketegangan sehingga otot tubuh menjadi rilek. Relaksasi otot progresif bertujuan menurunkan kecemasan stres, otot tegang dan kesulitan tidur. Relaksasi diberikan 1 kali perhari durasi 30 menit dalam waktu 4 minggu. Dari semua telaah yang dilakukan menunjukkan efektifitas dalam memberikan relaksasi otot progressive dengan waktu yang berbeda-beda dan dengan kasus yang berbeda pula.
