Motivasi Melanjutkan Pendidikan Formal pada Karyawan Perusahaan Group Eightin Jakarta
Abstract
Kualitas sumber daya manusia pada industri perhotelan sangat mempengaruhi performa perusahaan, tetapi Eightin Hotel memiliki sumber daya manusia yang belum memiliki kualitas pendidikan yang baik. Untuk meningkatkan performa dari perusahaan, pentingnya meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk melajutkan pendidikan mereka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengisian angket, dan oberservasi. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan Eightin yang terdiri dari divisi kamar, divisi restoran, dan divisi finance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Eightin menganggap pendidikan penting untuk meningkatkan karir dan kualitas hidup mereka, meskipun menghadapi hambatan seperti faktor finansial dan kurangnya waktu luang, dengan pimpinan mendukung pengembangan melalui insentif dan kesempatan untuk belajar
