Analisis Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Melalui Pemberian Kompensasi Yang Sesuai
Abstract
Perusahaan manufaktur memang memproduksi banyak produk dan dengan target harian yang harus dilaksanakan bagi masing- masing pekerja. Tidak sedikit perusahaan yang memberi banyak tugas beban kerja dengan alasan jumlah karyawannya terbatas. Salah satu kondisi tersebut dialami oleh perusahaan manufaktur farmasi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja adalah pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja, pemberian kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan software PLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja dapat ditingkatkan karena pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai
