Kinerja Pegawai: Interaksi Konsep Diri dan Lokus Kendali
Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan guna mengeksplorasi pengaruh dimensi self concept dan locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai Bapenda Provinsi Maluku. Metode deskriptif-kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan korelasional sebab-akibat. Populasi studi melibatkan seluruh pegawai Bapenda Provinsi Maluku, total 160 orang. Sampel sebanyak 110 orang dipilih secara acak sederhana menggunakan tabel sampel Issac dan Michael, dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Penelitian ini menemukan jika tingkat self efficacy serta self esteem berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai Bapenda Provinsi Maluku. Internal Locus of Control pada kemampuan self leadership juga meningkatkan kinerja dengan keyakinan jika pegawai memiliki kendali terhadap hasil kerja mereka sendiri. Eksternal Locus of Control juga berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja yang  menunjukkan jika persepsi terhadap pengaruh luar juga memengaruhi hasil kerja pegawai
