Efek Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Pemeriksaan Tes Cepat Molekuler Kasus Tuberculosis Paru di RSUD Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan pemeriksaan TCM kasus TB Paru, diagnosis TB Paru dan kasus TB Paru resisten rifamfisin sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli dari Januari 2023 sampai Juli 2024. Desain penelitian analitik komparatif menggunakan data retrospektif untuk menganalisis efek pandemi Covid-19 terhadap angka pemeriksaan Tuberculosis Paru di RSUD Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder dari aporan pemeriksaan TCM mulai Trimester II 2018 sampai Trimester I 2022. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis univariat dengan memaparkan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil menunjukkan pemeriksaan TCM sebelum pandemi Covid-19 paling banyak dilakukan pada trimester IV 2019 sebanyak 567 suspek (18,7%), sedangkan selama Covid -19 paling banyak pada trimester I 2021, 446 kasus (22%). Kasus terdiagnosis TB Paru sebelum Covid -19 paling banyak pada trimester II 2019 yaitu 97 kasus (29,04%) dan setelah Covid -19 paling banyak trimester II 2020 yaitu 81 kasus (23,68%). Kasus resisten rifampisin sebelum Covid -19 paling banyak ditemukan pada trimester III 2018 yaitu 12 kasus (14,3%) dan setelah Covid -19 terbanyak pada trimester I 2021 dengan 8 kasus (11%). Kesimpulan penelitian ada perbedaan bermakna pemeriksaan TCM kasus TB Paru sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid -19, ada perbedaan bermakna suspek yang positif TB Paru sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid -19 dan ada perbedaan bermakna kasus resisten rifampisin sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid -19 di RSUD Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli.
