Hubungan Caring Perawat Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien diĀ Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusum. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik, pendekatan cross-sectional bersifat correlational, mencari hubungan antara variable bebas dan terikat dengan uji chi-square dengan 99 responden di IGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Caring perawat diruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma sebagian besar pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 53 orang (53,5%) dan lainnya pada kategori buruk sebanyak 46 orang (46,5%). Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RST Wijayakusuma sebagian pada kategori tidak puas sebanyak 48 orang (48,5%), merasa puas sebanyak 51 orang (51,5%). Terdapat hubungan antara caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien diruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma p value = 0,002.
