Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pencegahan HIV/AIDS di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam Memenuhi Visi Penanganan AIDS 2030
Abstract
Penanganan penyebaran HIV/AIDS adalah salah satu yang tersulit di dunia. Indonesia mencatatkan rekor yang tidak cukup baik. Namun kondisi terburuk dialami oleh Jakarta dimana Jakarta masih mencatatkan rekor kasus tertinggi hingga saat ini. Padahal, penanganan kasus HIV/AIDS di Jakarta sudah mengikuti pedoman dari End AIDS 2030. Untuk dapat memahami permasalahan inilah kemudian penulis melakukan penelitian berbasis Systematic Literature Review dengan menilai berbagai penelitian mengenai permasalahan penanganan HIV AIDS di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompleksitas hubungan pemerintah, civil society dan masyarakat membuat penanganan HIV/AIDS belum maksimal.
