Analisis Peran Model Kontrol Sirkuler Imigrasi Indonesia Upaya Pencegahan Tindakan Terorisme
Abstract
Jurnal ini mencoba menguraikan peran Model Kontrol Sirkuler dalam mencegah tindakan terorisme di wilayah negara Indonesia. Fenomena Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTF) ini mendorong banyak negara dalam meningkatkan pengawasan lintas batas negara terhadap masuk keluarnya warga negara di wilayah perbatasan, terutama di Indonesia. Jurnal ini menarik hubungan antara tindakan terorisme dan peran imigrasi dalam mencegahnya penerapan melalui Model Kontrol Sirkuler oleh pihak keimigrasian. Model pengawasan ini terdiri atas tiga unsur, yakni intelijen, pengawasan, dan pengendalian perbatasan. Ketiga unsur tersebut dijalankan secara terpadu dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Jurnal ini menggunakan konsep Terorisme dan Model Kontrol Sirkuler dalam menganalisis peran keimigrasian terhadap pencegahan tindakan terorisme. Jurnal ini menerapkan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan berupa kajian literatur, serta penggunaan sumber data sekunder melalui artikel dan jurnal ilmiah lainnya.
