Analisis pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kinerja karyawan pada Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Mobiz di Pt. Nusa Mandiri Utama
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nusa Mandiri Utama. Penelitian ini mengadopsi model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean yang dikombinasikan dengan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Seddon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan pengguna serta kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja karyawan.
