Abstract
Here is no denying that technological advances are now so fast that they distract all sections
of society from generating new ideas and things to facilitate all activities. Edutech
(Educational Technology) has become one of the most important trends in the field of
education in today's digital age. Edutech refers to the use of information and communication
technology (ICT) in the context of education. PT. Ngampooz Pintar Sejahtera is one company
that uses variable quality system. Since its founding in 2018, the company commonly known
as Ngampooz has been constantly innovating to always evolve according to the needs of its
users in order to always facilitate the activities carried out using the application. However,
Ngampooz's IT adoption was not always smooth. Sometimes the inappropriate application of
technology affects the quality of services and information that Ngampooz provides to users.
Some common problems are that there are still system errors when users are using
Ngampooz, incomplete information is provided, or the system is not responding when it is in
use at the time Ngampooz is widely used. To maintain user satisfaction, the managerial team
from Ngampooz must continue to improve system quality, information quality, service quality
and convenience, because a reliable system, relevant information, and services that make it
easy for users greatly affect user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of
system quality, information quality and service quality on the satisfaction of Ngampooz users
and also to find out what components whose quality meets user standards, and also what
needs to be improved in the Ngampooz application. The research method used is quantitative.
Data collection was done by questionnaire. Analyze research data using the Statistical
Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 26.0. It is hoped that this study can
discover that the variables of system quality, information quality, service quality and
convenience have a positive impact on user satisfaction.

PENDAHULUAN
Lingkungan organisasi bisnis mengalami banyak perubahan di abad ke-21. Dinamika
perubahan tersebut mewajibkan organisasi bisnis untuk beradaptasi agar dapat
mempertahankan kelangsungan organisasinya (Mustanir et al., 2023). Manajemen sebagai
pengambil keputusan harus bisa merespon perubahan tersebut secara reaktif, antisipatif,
adaptif, dan proaktif. Mereka tidak hanya bersikap pasif dan pada akhirnya telat untuk
mengambil keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan yang baik memerlukan informasi pendukung
terkait kondisi internal organisasi maupun kondisi eksternal lingkungan bisnis. Dengan
dukungan Teknologi Infomasi, transaksi jual beli dapat dilakukan secara real-time dan
organisasi bisnis dapat memperoleh pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Era globalisasi telah
memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah
satu kemudahan yang diberikan adalah hadirnya teknologi informasi canggih yang mampu
melengkapi kebutuhan manusia. E-government, e-commerce, e-education, e-laboratory dan
lain-lain yang berbasis elektronik adalah contoh perkembangan teknologi (Angelina,
Hermawan, & Suroso, 2019).
Teknologi sistem informasi memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan dalam
mewujudkan peningkatan jumlah penjualan dengan melakukan pelayanan cepat, terstruktur
